We support people to do the extraordinary everyday.

The Mosaic Care Group is a National Provider of Health & Social Care provision and staffing services with over 20 years of experience and dedication to enhancing the quality of life for others.

We are proud of our compassionate care program designed to help children and adults stay at home and remain healthier longer.

Our proud history

It all began in 2005 when our founders identified the need for high-quality care services for people living with health-related needs or needs associated with disabilities.

By 2007, the founders recognised the time had come to establish The Mosaic Care Group. A savvy and experienced Board was appointed and we were firmly on the path to growth.

This growth was boosted by a series of acquisitions within the care sector between 2012 and 2015. By then, we had earned a reputation as a National award winning, experienced and sizeable private care service provider.

In 2013, the purchase and integration of Radcliffe Gardens Nursing Home represented a major milestone in our growth, along with achieving success on several Local Authority and Clinical Commissioning Group Frameworks and successfully tendering for health and social care provisions across the North of England.

At around the same time, The Mosaic Care Group delivered a wide range of specialist activity short breaks to young people with disabilities, challenging the stereotypical image of disability and with a “Can Do” attitude. A service was received by over 600 young people living throughout the Northwest of England

Today we are proud to continue our work, including nurse led services providing a safe and high quality alternative to hospital care for people with acquired brain injury, chronic disease and end of life care.

Our mission and vision

The Mosaic Care Group is committed to providing high-quality health care services to individual clients and their families, as well as to other healthcare organisations in need of supplemental staffing (such as care homes, health and social care organisations, hospitals, and assisted living facilities).

Our priority is to high quality and compassionate care services from highly-trained health and social care professionals. To make good on this promise, proper training is paramount. Not only do we employ the most experienced staff, but we provide them with in-depth-specific training so that they can deliver specialised care to our clients.

At The Mosaic Care Group, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to live a healthy, active and fulfilling life. This ethos is at the heart of everything we do.

We provide everyone we support with the opportunity to continue to live life to the full. We actively encourage Service Users to become more self-reliant, to make decisions for themselves, and ultimately, to move on to more independent living arrangements.
